This is a one-on-one session for people who want to understand how their body moves and what they can do to improve it.
You’ll work privately with a HEALMO-certified trainer who will assess how you move, identify problem areas, and guide you through exercises that are relevant to your specific needs. The focus is on movement quality, joint control, and building a solid foundation rather than pushing intensity or doing random exercises.
During the session, you’ll also learn how to properly use the full range of HEALMO products, based on your body, your goals, and any limitations you may have. Your trainer will explain which tools are useful for you, how to use them correctly, and how to avoid common mistakes that can limit progress or cause strain.
