Who we are
We are a movement-focused health and wellness brand built on a simple but often overlooked belief: how you move determines how well you live.
In a world filled with quick fixes, passive treatments, and generic workouts, we take a different approach. We focus on restoring and strengthening the body’s natural movement patterns — starting from the ground up — so people can move with confidence, efficiency, and resilience in everyday life.
Our work is rooted in biomechanics, control, and long-term sustainability. Rather than chasing short-term relief, we aim to address the underlying movement dysfunctions that often lead to pain, instability, or recurring injuries over time.
Our approach
At the core of our philosophy is active movement training. We emphasize awareness, joint control, and purposeful strength through carefully designed exercises and tools. This approach helps the body relearn how to move correctly, supporting healthier joints, improved posture, and better overall function.
A strong foundation matters. That’s why much of our focus begins with the foot and ankle — the base of human movement — before progressing upward through the knees, hips, and spine. When the foundation is stable and mobile, the rest of the body can perform as it was intended to.
Our methods are suitable for a wide range of individuals, from those managing chronic discomfort to active individuals and athletes seeking better movement efficiency and injury prevention.

Dr. Denis Kablukov, MD
Denis Kablukov, MD, is the founder of HEALMO and a medical doctor with a specialized focus on movement, biomechanics, and long-term musculoskeletal health. He is a former physician for the Mariinsky Theatre, where he worked closely with elite ballet dancers operating at the highest level of physical demand.
Through his medical and clinical experience, Denis observed that many injuries and chronic conditions were not caused by a lack of strength alone, but by poor movement mechanics, inadequate joint control, and weak foundational structures — particularly in the foot and ankle. These insights became the foundation of the HEALMO system.
Denis’s approach integrates medical knowledge with movement training, emphasizing joint integrity, neuromuscular control, and biomechanically sound patterns. Rather than relying on passive treatment or force-based methods, his work focuses on teaching the body how to move correctly and sustainably, reducing injury risk while supporting performance and longevity.
Known for his ability to translate complex medical and biomechanical concepts into practical, accessible exercises, Denis continues to educate practitioners and individuals alike through HEALMO. His mission is to bridge the gap between medicine and movement, empowering people to take an active role in their physical health at every stage of life.
